Images and specifications of the upcoming Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro smartphone have been leaked in China via a post in microblogging site Weibo. This handset is expected to be introduced at the MWC event in Barcelona scheduled for March 2015.

The rumoured Vibe Z3 Pro is supposedly the successor to the well-received Vibe Z2 Pro. As far as the key Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro specifications go, the Weibo post states the handset will feature a solid 5.5-inch display, whereas its predecessor, the Vibe Z2 Pro, comes with a much bigger 6.0-inch display. Other specs could include a screen resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels and a premium look with solid metal frame encircling the sides of the handset, notes Phone Arena.

Under the hood, the smartphone will reportedly be powered by a quad-core, 64-bit (Qualcomm Snapdragon 810) processor. This handset will allegedly come backed by 4 GB of RAM configuration. At this point, the only other handset to come with such a big RAM configuration is the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. On the software end, like many other flagship devices marked for this year, the rumoured handset will also supposedly run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.

In terms of memory, the device will come equipped with a generous 64 GB of internal storage capacity. As for its camera, there will be a solid 16 MP rear-facing sensor with a unique Tri-LED flash, Laser Autofocus technology and Optical Image Stabilisation, or OIS, support, says GizmoChina. Apart from these noteworthy specifications, the Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro is also expected to sport a unique mute button near the dedicated camera button. Furthermore, the speakers will reportedly be located at the tail-end of the smartphone, unlike other smartphones with speakers housed on the rear. Lastly, the whole configuration is held together and powered by a good 3,400 mAh non-removable battery unit. Lenovo, however, has neither confirmed the existence of the device nor if existing has not confirmed any of the specifications listed above.
