Kim Kardashian Brings Baby North West to Doctor, Kanye in Tow [ Photos]

Kim Kardashian is Home-bound, enjoying the bliss of motherhood and having great time with her Newborn daughter North West. For celebrities it's hard to keep their and their kids life away from omnipresent paparazzi, but Kim and Kanye for sure has mastered this art. Till date nobody is able to have a sneak peak of their Baby North West.

Kim has kept her composure, keeping a tab on her daughter's doctor's appointment. The most popular Kardashian had been keeping an exceedingly low profile since the birth of her daughter North West a month ago. But she finally came out in public in Los Angeles on Wednesday, 14 august, along with Kanye West, an unknown lady and baby North West.

Making out from the first images of the Kim is looking stunning and slimmer and we think she is very focused on diet and work out.

TMZ captured Kim Kardashian and Kanye West taking baby North West to the doctor. According to The Mirror, Kanye West decided to make the trip short and returned home because he missed Kim Kardashian and North West badly.

Kim Kardashian were looking gorgeous in denim shirt, leggings, and a jumper. She was shining with motherly glow and make-up free and with loose hair adding to her presence. We think it is the outcome of the thorough work out and eating schedule she has been following to post pregnancy.

Kanye west wore black jeans, a grey shirt, and navy jacket as he walked behind Kim. Kim Kardashian and Kanye west were accompanied by another woman, believed to be a North West's nanny. As no glimpse of the little North West has been seen, Kim and Kanye covered the seat in a pale blanket to avoid anyone from taking snaps.

Earlier this month Kim appeared on her mother Kris Jenner's new talk show via a pre-taped message.

"I just wanted to say congratulations on your new show. I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person. But I'm just loving life a little bit too much at home right now," she said in the message. "But I watch you every single day and you are so amazing. You really are born to do this. So I just want to say I love you and have an amazing show."

A source told Us Weekly: Kim's extremely self-conscious about her current body.

"She said when she comes out and gets photographed for the first time; she wants to look hot, hot, hot,"

You look stunning and gorgeous as always Kim, there's no reason to hide. Entire world want your glimpse. We think this will further boost the inquisitiveness to see North West first images.
