Kim Kardashian's younger brother is being sued by a paparazzo for assault and robbery. Rob Kardashian, the youngest and only son in the Kardashian side of the family, allegedly assaulted a photographer and stealing her camera equipment last month.

Photographer Andra Viak claims that Rob snatched her camera and memory card from her after she shot pictures of him without a shirt on. He had returned the camera, but kept the memory card full of pictures. She had also filed a police report over the encounter in March.

According to the lawsuit filed by the photographer in a Los Angeles court on April 30, which is obtained by E! online, Viak drove her vehicle into the parking lot of a local gym when Rob appeared walking shirtless down the parking ramp so she began talking photos of him.

When Rob noticed that his pictures are being taken, he quickly put his shirt on, looked to his sides, and then suddenly ran towards her vehicle. He reached into her car window and violently attacked the photographer in order to take her camera.

Viak offered to delete his photos in exchange for her camera, but Rob apparently refused to hand it back. He removed the camera's memory card and threw the camera back at her, telling her "I'll pay you when I see you," before leaving with the memory card.

However, an eyewitness told TMZ that the photographer actually drove inside the garage and actually waited until Rob started changing before she leaned out of the car window and take the pictures. The location is a private gym owned by Gunner Peterson.

Rob reportedly told his friends that he was changing into his gym clothes inside the garage in an area not visible from the street when the photographer entered the garage.

Viak claims she sustained injuries to her person and damages to her property. She is asking for an unspecified amount for damages that is to be determined at the trial.
