Kim, like any other serious entrepreneur closely supervised the quality of items in the store and then headed out to lunch with Kanye West. For the occasion Kim had chosen a figure hugging grey dress which she paired with her daughter nickname 'Nori' necklace. Kim looked absolutely sensuous in the outfit, sending a wave of jealously amongst the new mothers.

It has been just three months since Kim has given birth to a baby girl and we can't stop but wonder how she has got her body back. Reports are that Kim is munching on a balanced diet and is doing vigorous exercise. So yes, Kim is working hard on herself and on her popularity as she knows nothing comes free of cost.
