How much pain will you suffer for the sake of beauty? Kim Kardashian proves her pain threshold on Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kim will get a botox, but she insists on not being anaesthesized. The reality star says he has a high tolerance for pain.

"I think I can handle it," Kim said. "I have a really high tolerance for pain."

But looks who's not as gutsy as Kim. Her sister Khloe is seen on the background cringing at the pain she imagined her Kardashian sister is getting. Khloe berates Kim for being "stupid" for not getting any numbing cream. But Kim insists on her choice, telling Khloe to shut up.

"I don't even know why I brought Khloe along with me. I mean, she's just making all this noise and she's freaked out about the needles, and I just want her to shut up and just be supportive," Kim says.

While Kim claims she has not underwent plastic surgery, she had openly talked about Botox and getting one. She says she is not wholly against plastic surgery, but she has never underwent any.

"I'm totally not against plastic surgery... I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done," Kim said on Nightline.
