Kim Kardashian Goes Down Memory Lane On Her Birthday, Looks Back At Her Favourite Instagram Moments

Kim Kardashian West just turned 34, and she's celebrating in a grand way at the TAO nightclub in Las Vegas. Before the big event, she's spending some quality time with her husband Kanye West in Hawaii for a quick getaway. Meanwhile, her home network E where "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" airs, shares some of Kim's favourite Instagram posts from the last couple of years with brand new captions she's sharing with fans for her birthday.

The first photo featured a series of shots showing Kim while paddle boarding with a friend, or at least attempting to. She showed her fun side in the pic where she's out having fun and not striking one of her usual sultry poses. The pair fell off the board and Kim said it's not easy doing it with two people. She later admitted she will take any chance to post a bikini pic in another photo of herself posing by a pool.

Kim also shared the photo she took of North on her daddy's lap while he was working in the studio. She captioned it with: "This pic is one of my favorites of all time. North loves being in the studio with her daddy."

Her selfie obsession was front and center during the family's trip to Thailand earlier this year where she made a selfie book for Kanye. Her photo sessions were documented in "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." In this set, she shared a photo from the trip but focused on the view instead of herself. The photo showed her onboard a yacht with rock formations and crystal clear waters in full view. She said Thailand is one of the most beautiful places she's ever been to.

Kim showed off her funny side with a photo that she posted of herself with a passed out Kanye lying in bed in the background. She originally captioned the photo: "Side chicks be like..." that she now reveals to be her attempt at humour.

She then shared a couple of pics from backstage at some of Kanye's concerts in Australia. She and North joined Kanye for his "Yeezus Tour Down Under" where North witnessed a Kanye concert for the first time.

Of course, the queen of selfies also took one while doing the ALS ice bucket challenge on the "The Ellen Degeneres Show." She also showed off evidence of her family's penchant for matching things with a photo of a toy car for North that is the exact replica of Kanye's car.

She then shared some memorable photos taken from the Versace mansion as well as from a trip to Mexico. Throwbacks can't be excluded, of course, and she shared she loved posting skinny throwbacks when she was heavily pregnant.

Kim then shared her now infamous white swimsuit selfie that showed of her famous backside. She explained how important it is for her: "This pic was empowering to me bc it was the 1st pic I took after having North and it felt good to lose all that baby weight."

Her Mother's Day post featured a photo of her and North and a touching message on how her daughter has changed her life. Staying with the family, Kim also shared a pic of herself with younger sister Kendall who's now made a name for herself in the fashion scene.

To cap it all off, Kim shared their wedding kiss photo taken in front of the majestic flower wall from their wedding day. This is one proud moment for her as she said: "The most liked photo of Instagram. OMG."

Kim is celebrating her birthday this year with a big bash at the TAO nightclub at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.The party is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 24. Last year, her birthday marked another special milestone in her life as Kanye West proposed to her at the AT&T park in San Francisco in front of her closest friends and family.
