Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Treat Their Staff To Lunch At Jamie Oliver's Italian Restaurant In Adelaide
Jet-setting couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are in Australia this week for a number of appearances, shows and various promotional activities. The pair have just been to London to promote the launch of the fall/winter collection of Kim and her sisters' Kardashian Kollection for Lipsy line and have now flown across the globe to Australia. The couple took some time in between their business engagements to treat themselves and their staff to a meal at celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's Adelaide restaurant called "Jamie's Italian."
The reality TV star and her rapper husband along with their daugther North were jetting the globe together and so far, to be able to stitch their engagements to take place in the same places at the same time. The power couple kicked off their trip down under with a nice casual meal with their staff at the new restaurant operated by British TV Chef Jamie Oliver. Baby North was not with them at the restaurant, but they were instead joined by approximately 15 members of their entourage.
The Daily Mail, through their Australian affiliate was able to get the scoop on the celebrity sighting in downtown Adelaide. They stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel for their short trip and chose to keep things casual both with their choice of restaurant and their outfits. The couple was described to be polite and low-key with the only noticeable factor during the meal being the fact that Kim sent her plate back. It is still unclear what the reason was, but there didn't seem to be any loud complaints. An eye witness related that Kim just politely said something to her waiter and she got a new plate back after the original one she got was sent back. She reportedly didn't show any annoyance but just quietly spoke to her server who then obliged her request.
Kim wore a plain black tight-fitting tank paired with black pants while Kanye sported a grey T-shirt and a red flannel shirt. The couple let their hair down this time and opted for casual threads as opposed to their usual glam parade.
"Jamie's Italian" had just opened to the public on Tuesday last week and the celebrity pair is one of the first few guests to grace the location. Kim had been a supporter of Jamie Oliver's work for quite some time. She supports not only his restaurants but also his "Food Revolution" advocacy campaign that aims to change the way people eat and prepare food most especially school lunches for kids.
