Kim Kadashian received an unusual welcome in Paris where she is visiting to attend the Paris Fashion Week. In a shocking incident, red carpet prankster Vitalii Sediuk pushed and shoved Kim as she stepped out of her car at the venue of the Balmain fashion show in Paris on Sept 25.

Kim Kardashian arrived in a limousine with her rapper husband Kanye West and mom Kris Jenner. As per U.S. Weekly, the crowd outside the venue was out of control and the scenario was a total mayhem. As soon as she stepped out, she was ambushed by the prankster as he moved towards her and tried to hug her.

The bodyguards sprung into action and shielded her from the intruder, while the reality TV star's mother was heard shouting "stop it." The exclusive video below shows the prankster had to be pushed away, and Kim had to be physically picked up to protect her from him.

Despite watertight security at such high-profile events, such an incident has left the Kardashian beauty quite shaken. She was visibly upset while being led away from the crowd inside the venue by her protective husband.

While some also reported the prankster pulled the star's hair, Sediuk denied the same on DailyMail and said he only wanted to hug her. "I hope Kim is OK and won't be mad at me as I didn't mean any harm," Sediuk told the site. "Kanye is one lucky man as Kim is a goddess!"

Originally from Ukraine and a former employee of 1+1 TV, Sediuk is notoriously known for his erratic behavior at red carpet events targeting Hollywood celebrities. He has physically accosted many celebrities at premier and award ceremonies in the past and somehow always manages to get inside restricted areas.

In 2012, Sediuk kissed Will Smith at the premiere of "Men In Black 3." Sediuk was pretending to interview Smith when he suddenly kissed the actor. Smith retaliated by pushing him before placing a slap on his face.

On the following year, Sediuk repeated his behavior by rushing to the stage during the Grammy Awards when Adele was scheduled to receive her award. He also shoved Bradley Cooper and Leonardo Di Caprio in similar yet different incidents where he lunged toward the actors and buried his face in their groins.

His similar behavior with Brad Pitt was not taken well by the actor. He was charged with assault, battery, unlawful activity at an exhibition and was sentenced to 20 days of community labor and $220 fine. He was later banned from entering the U.S. following repeated complaints and media anguish.

Going back to the recent incident involving Kim Kardashian, Sediuk posted pictures prior to the prank on his Instagram page. As per DailyMail, he claimed his recent antics toward Kim is a protest against the U.S. for recently banning him to enter the country.
