After her troublesome divorce with Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian might yet again be facing another problem. The Australian authority is keeping the reality star on their radar due to her promotional tours bearing only a "tourist visa."

The country is keeping Kardashian on their watch list for breaching her visa application three times over four years. Last month, right after her divorce to Humphries broke out; she headed "Down Under" to promote her new handbag collection.

But according to reports of the "Daily Telegraph of Australia" she used her tourist visa instead of a business one.

She engaged in heavily publicized television and radio interviews and store appearances and the "Telegraph" claims that it didn't go unnoticed by the immigration department.

The star was further investigated and as it turns out she made previous trips in 2007 and in 2010 to promote "Blonde" beer, including her reality show "Keeping up with the Kardashians."

According to the publication, since Kim is placed under the watch list, any future visit to Australia will be scrutinized by the immigration. The immigration department refused to give any comments but released a statement generally referring to people who come to work in Australia.

"If people do breach conditions of their visa, then the department can counsel them or cancel that person's visa and the department may record their breaches and immigration history," said the spokeswoman for the Department of Immigration in Canberra.

"Their history would then be taken into account if they apply for another visa to enter Australia."
