Being on a reality show and having her life documented by her every move, we might think that there is none left more to learn about Kim Kardashian. But the reality star managed to surprise everyone, including Oprah, with one information she only revealed during her in-depth interview.

During her all access interview with Oprah, Kim Kardashian revealed that her Mom, Kris Jenner, agreed to put her on birth control at a young age of 14. The revelation managed to surprise Oprah herself.

In her two-part interview on Oprah's Next Chapter, Kim confessed that she was "almost 15" when Kris put her on birth control. She further explained that her decision which was a bold one then and even now was due to her desire to give her "all" to her boyfriend of two years.

"When I did want to have sex the first time I was almost 15," Kim said. "I was like, 'I think I'm going to, or I want to,' and she was like, 'OK, so this is what we're gonna do, we're gonna put you on birth control,' and she was like, really open and honest with me," the reality star added. It came as a surprise to Oprah who failed to quickly follow up with a question after mouthing "wow."

Kim's leaked sex tape was also openly discussed and the reality star didn't hold back in answering questions. It had been five years since the tape was exposed and Kim tells that she understands the impact of it in her life.

"You know, I think that's how I was definitely introduced to the world," Kardashian said referring to her sex tape. "It was a negative way, so I felt like I really had to work ten times harder to get people to see the real me."
