Is baby North West getting a South West sibling? If the recent reports are to be believed, then yes. The socialite was spotted exiting Beverly Hills Medical Center in Beverly Hills, California with her rapper fiancé Kanye West and looked like she was in a "nauseated" state, reports a gossip magazine.

According to eyewitnesses in a report by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Kim reportedly "clutched her stomach" and "sported the same nauseated expression on her face that she had when she was in the early stages of pregnancy with her daughter North West." Only Kim and Kanye can tell the truth this time whether any baby is on his/her way or not. Yet, fans have already come up with a name for the baby - It's going to be South West for sure.

According to various sources cited by US magazine, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star wants to have a second child who does not have a huge age gap with baby North West. Kanye too wants to have a "huge" family when it comes to kids.

Other magazines confirming the pregnancy rumours say that the couple is already planning to have a sibling for baby Nori.

"Kim finally feels like her life is exactly where she's always wanted it to be. She and Kanye are already talking about having another kid because they want Nori to have lots of brothers and sisters," states the unnamed source to Hollywood Life magazine.

There is no official announcement from the publicity hungry family though. Both Kim and Kanye were able to hide their first baby announcement for 6 weeks, so let's see how long they can hide it this time, if it is true to any extent. But on the hindsight, Kim is actually busy working out at a gym and shedding her baby weight she gained during her first pregnancy. It is highly unlikely that the glamorous Kim will put all her hard work on her body on stake and jump into another pregnancy so soon. It may be quite possible that Kim just fell a little unwell because of some other reason and not pregnancy. Only time can tell. Let's wait and watch.
