Kim Kardashian shows off huge baby bump during beach workout with her sisters

Kim Kardashian West may be heavily pregnant with her second child, but she’s not letting that stop her from sticking to her fitness plan. Her sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are with her on a summer vacation in St. Barts, but all three of them have been recently spotted setting aside some time for a beach workout session.

The Mirror shared a series of photos of Kim and her large baby bump as she was out working up a sweat with her sisters. All three Kardashian girls wore body-hugging black fitness gear as they worked with a trainer out by the ocean.

They could be seen receiving instructions from their shirtless instructor as they all soaked up the tropical sun during the outdoor workout. Kim is approximately six months along in her second pregnancy and she’s reportedly determined to stay fit. She dealt with a lot of health and weight issues during her first pregnancy with her two-year-old daughter North. This time, she’s being very careful and she has stuck to a strict diet and fitness scheme to avoid any health issues.

Meanwhile, fitness has been a good bonding element for the three sisters in recent months. Apart from Kim’s pregnancy health concerns, Kourtney had to shed some baby weight after giving birth to her third child last December. Khloe had also been very dedicated to fitness in the past couple of years after she used it as a tool to deal with marital problems. Back in 2013, her marriage to former NBA player Lamar Odom fell apart and she had admitted in numerous interviews that she used fitness as a form of therapy.

Apart from the Kardashian girls, their mum Kris Jenner and their younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner are also on the St. Barts trip. Kourtney and Kim have also brought their young children along. Kim posted an adorable photo of her daughter North and Kourtney's daughter Penelope as they wore mermaid costumes by the pool.

Footage from the family vacation is expected to be seen when “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” returns on air this coming November. The series is on its 10th season and airs on E!.
