Kim Kardashian was apparently in a playful mood last Tuesday. A few days after addressing her fans via video during mom Kris Jenner's talk show, her first public appearance since giving birth to daughter North West last June 15, the new mom surfaced again today via a brief video .

Prior to being a mom, Kim Kardashian was used to being photographed on a daily basis throughout her ventures in Los Angeles and around the world. However, once she gave birth to her daughter North West last June, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star went into hiding.

As we wait for the inevitable first pictures of Kim Kardashian's daughter North West, the new mom was obviously getting antsy to be back in the limelight herself.

In the 3-second video, posted on the Keek app last Aug 6, Kim showed herself in what appears to be full hair and makeup, a fresh-faced Kim, looking off screen, sticks out her tongue and then turns to the camera and gives a beautiful smile to the world.

Ever since she gave birth, reports claimed that Kim is in a hurry to lose her baby weight. However, if her face is any testament to what the rest of her is looking like, she seemed to be on the right track.

It's only been about 2 months since Kim gave birth, but still, fans thought she'd be back in public by now. After all, who stays in their house for 2 months straight? It just doesn't seem reasonable. That being said, Kim was under more pressure than most, so maybe she wants to be back to her normal size before making her big debut.

Either way, it seemed like Kim is in great spirits and she is looking just as amazing as ever! The power of a new daughter and a new family will certainly do that to a girl.

Kim Kardashian Loves Breastfeeding Baby North West

We're so glad to see Kim embracing motherhood! She was also having a great time breastfeeding baby North. Kim "is happy and healthy," her mom, Kris Jenner, said on her talk show recently. "She's eating really well, working out a little bit, and nursing."

Breastfeeding is known to be a very important part of a mother's health.
