The 34-year-old reality queen underwent an emergency surgery recently to have a part of placenta removed from her uterus. The placenta was reportedly left attached to Kardashian's womb after the birth of her first child, North West.

It is speculated that Kardashian underwent the surgery to be able to conceive for the second time as she and her husband, Kanye West, reveal that they would like bring North's sibling in the world soon.

“There is nothing more on this earth that I want more than to be pregnant again and to go through that experience, I would pay any amount of money to have that.” revealed Kardashian on the reality-based show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, or KUWTK.

However, the star was reportedly warned by the fertility expert to opt for surrogacy for the next “safe” pregnancy. Kardashian has been told that she will have to have her uterus removed if the couple decides to plan another child.

"When you have your baby, this will be your last one, because the problem is your placenta grew on your uterus. So when you have another baby, your placenta will go right into that hole and then we’ll have a team of doctors waiting right there, to remove your uterus and put you into emergency surgery right there because you can’t bleed too much," told the fertility experts to Kardashian, revealed the latest episode of KUWTK.

However, the reality star considers surrogacy as the last option for having the second child and really wished to become pregnant again. The thought of surrogacy reportedly haunts Kardashian, thinking about the risks associated with the technique.
