Kim Kardashian in Vogue: A Dream Come True for Kanye Turned Out to be a Nightmare
Anna Wintour, Vogue's editor-in-chief, finally gave in to Kanye's wish after lobbying for years to get his baby mama Kim Kardashian in the fashion bible's prestigious cover. The news broke on Sunday evening on Jezebel that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality star is allegedly shooting her first cover for the magazine.
"They're in L.A. shooting her RIGHT NOW," according to source of Jezebel.
Vogue's Anna Wintour and Kanye West had some history when the editor banned the "Yeezus" singer from the Met Gala party back in 2013. "Kim and her camp will deny that she wasn't invited by saying that she had business in L.A., but that is a lie. She would of [sic] done anything to be there with all the A-listers," a source told Radar in an interview posted in Metro.
But all these rumors are all in the past when Vogue's chief editor was in attendance a West's Nov. 19 Yeezus tour concert inside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Now a new rumor is spreading like wildfire that Kim landed a cover for Vogue and according to a source close to the 33-year-old star the news is "not true."
The source told Us Weekly that Kim is not shooting for Voque and her landing a cover for the magazine needs an official approval and blessing to the magazine's editor-in-chief and creative director, Conde Nast. "Of course Kim would love to be on the cover of Vogue someday," adds another source for the magazine.
Kanye proposed to the reality star on Oct. 21, 2013 during her 33rd birthday in an elaborate and secretive fashion at the AT&T Park in San Francisco. The new parents are now planning their Paris June wedding and according to Entertainment Wise Kanye's real dream for his North's mom is: "Kim, on Vogue's cover, in her wedding dress."
There is no escaping for the Kardashians nowadays, news about her stepdad Bruce Jenner transitioning into a woman after a "tracheal shave" is dominating the news. "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" matriarch broke her silence and defended her estranged husband for the "sex change" rumors.
