Kim Kardashian's 20-Carat Diamond Engagement Ring At Auction At Christie's on Oct. 15, 2013 [PHOTOS/VIDEOS]

As Kim Kardashian is happy in her new life and now she has something she values much more than material assets (her daughter North West with beau Kanye West.) Now it is Kris Humphries turn to start a new chapter of his life and it may start from auctioning off Kim Kardashian's engagement ring.

Kris allegedly is auctioning off the last remnant (20-carat diamond engagement ring) of the recently divorced couple's 72-day marriage. The value of the 20-carat diamond engagement ring is $2 million

"It's the most beautiful thing I have ever seen," "It's perfect " said Kim of the ring.

According to reports, the auctioning will take place at an upcoming Christie's auction house which titled "Bright & Beautiful," and will be held on October 15 in New York City.

A source told UsMagazine.com: "It is 100 per cent the same ring. Kim has been waiting for the day he would auction it. Everyone always asked what Kim did with the ring - she silently gave it back over a year ago! And Kris waited until the divorce was final to sell it." Humphries is not named clearly as the seller, but thedetails of the ring up at the auction is matching to the dimensions of the ring Kardashian wore during her engagement and marriage to Kris.

The details of the ring up for auction at Christie's auction house are as following :

It is Lorraine Schwartz creation
A centre diamond of 16.21-carat
On the sides a pair of 2-carat trapezoids
The platinum setting
Total weight of 20.5 carats

These details match with the dimensions of Kardashian's engagement ring. The ring is expected to sell from $300,000 to $500,000 at the auction.

As money can't buy everything especially love so keeping it will only reminds Kris of his fiasco wedding so it is good decision to sell it off. But according to a source close to Kris, Kris felt disappointed when separated from Kim.
