Kim Kardashian's ex-boyfriend can't seem to move on. Ray J, her partner in her infamous sex tape, has released a music video starring a woman who looks just like her.

The music video "I Hit It First" shows re-enactment on some of the scenes in their sex video, which was originally filmed in 2003 and released in 2007.

Although Ray J didn't admit that the song is about his now famous ex, everything about the track and video points to her. The Kim doppelganger in the video crawls and poses seductively on the bed, which is a clear reference to steamy homemade video, while Ray J sings explicit lyrics describing their sex act.

"I had her head going North and her ass going South, but now baby chose to go West," which clearly alludes to superstar rapper Kanye West, Kim's current boyfriend and father of the baby she's carrying.

If the reference is still vague, there are also scenes where the lookalike is being followed by cameras, which is the same as Kim when she is being followed by the E! cameras for their reality TV show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

For those who have seen the video and heard the lyrics, the message of the song is clear: Ray J wants all Kim's past and present boyfriends to know that he had her first before she became famous. And now that she is famous, he is reminding her if he did not release their sex tape, she wouldn't be famous now.

Perhaps using his past association with Kim is Ray J's way of resurrecting his struggling career.

Ray J still wouldn't admit anything, claiming that it's just a song.

It doesn't seem to bother Kim, though. The reality TV star is currently with Kanye in Paris. She has also just come from a family vacation in Greece.

Kim and Kanye have recently announced that in lieu of gifts, they are asking their well-wishers to donate cash to the Lurie's Children Hospital in Chicago.

"Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago would like to extend its sincerest gratitude to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for their thoughtfulness and support of the hospital," a rep for the hospital was quoted by TMZ as saying.

"Funds donated on behalf of Kardashian and West will be directed to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Fund which will help care for the most critically ill babies and their families."
