Kim Kardashian’s weight loss inspiration revealed; Reality TV star surprises Chrissy Teigen with baby shower party

Where most people forget their weight loss goals and go off track, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian never goes off track. She appears to be always motivated and highly inspired to lose that extra pound. Recently, the TV personality revealed that she lost 42 pounds after giving birth to baby Saint. She is looking to lose another 28 pounds to achieve her weight goal.

Those who want to know about Kim’s weight loss secret will be surprised to hear that the reality TV star and mother-of-two flips through old photos to get inspiration. She regularly looks at the selfies she took after her two-year-old daughter North was born. It encourages her to slim down after the birth of her son Saint, three months back.

“So I look back now at photos like this that kind of inspire me and I remember, ‘Okay I did it then, I can do it now.’ And, you know, I have to be patient, this was a year after I had North I think,” she said.

Mirror.co.uk revealed that 35-year-old Kim lost 42 pounds by following the Atkins 40 low carb diet plan. She said she is happy to fit in her old workout clothes.

Recently, Kim threw Chrissy Teigen a second birthday shower. According to ET, Kim hosted the celebration on Saturday for Teigen along with her husband John Legend. The party was also graced by Kim’s sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, Khloe’s BFF Malika Haqq, Kris Jenner and Jenna Dewan Tatum.

The Kardashians documented the entire party on social media and it looked a lot of fun. The 30-year-old Teigen is expecting her first child this spring. The “Lip Sync Battle” co-host stunned everybody with an off-the-shoulder white dress that embraced her baby bump.

Teigen’s first baby shower was on March 6 in New York City. It featured a crown theme and the couple’s French bulldog, Penny.
