Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have never been known to hold back, and they certainly did not do so in a steamy shoot for L'Officiel Hommes' Spring 2013.

The stunning black and white images are certain to make more than a few people blush as the paparazzi-friendly couple pose in a series of intimate shots, one of which has Kanye cupping his girlfriend's breast as Kim posed for the camera.

Even with their baby underway, photographer Nick Knight was able to capture the palpable chemistry between the two tabloid superstars. Close-up photos of couple kissing emphasized this; they are clearly not shy about getting passionate in front of the camera.

Even the cover of the magazine is strikingly racy, with Kanye and Kim locked in a steamy embrace, both appearing topless.

While shot beautifully by Knight, the photographs will earn the ire of the more conservative members of the public, especially now that the couple is expecting a child. Despite Kim's history filled with sex tapes and reality shows, the curvaceous starlet has recently stated her newfound appreciation for privacy.

In an interview with DuJour magazine, Kim credited her beau for teaching her the joys of a more quiet existence. After all, the musician is known for being fiercely protective of his private life.

"My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy," she told the magazine. "I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything."

There are even talks of friction between Kim's lover and her mother, as both have very different ideas of how to handle her fashion, career and life choices.

The L'Officiel Hommes' spread indicated that, although the reality star may say so, Kim is far from giving up her life in the spotlight.
