Kiwi Teacher Who Sought Group Sex With Student, Expelled From Teaching Profession
An intermediate teacher in New Zealand, who plotted a group sex plan with his 13-year-old student, has been nabbed by the police. The accused, Neale Howe, was also charged with storing images of that student on his computer. Consequently, he has been expelled from the teaching profession by the Teachers Council, reports news.msn.co.nz. Howe was convicted for making objectionable publication under the Films Videos and Publications Classifications Act 1993, which carries a penalty of a $10,000 fine.
Bizarre Desire
The bizarre "desire" of the teacher was exposed when Howe started messaging a woman on a dating site in New Zealand while looking for couples to indulge in group sex with him. He informed the woman that he has a sexual relation with a 15-year-old girl and sent her a picture of the young girl. According to the police, Howe kept writing sexually explicit messages to the woman and described how he was looking forward to seeing the group sex exciting the girl. Howe also sent school photos of the class he was teaching and asked the woman to make her choice. The woman approached the police, and Howe was nabbed by the police. Police found out the class picture sent by Howe had the photo of the 13-year-old. Upon questioning, the girl said she received many unwanted Facebook messages from Howe. He also sent his cell phone number and asked her to text him. She described the defendant as weird and someone she did not like.
Howe initially told the police it was his fantasy only and he never had any sexual interest in the girl or any other female students. But his claims went awry once the police seized his computer and exposed folders carrying images of the girl and other students, which included classroom photos, images from school activities and Facebook photos. The sex-seeking teacher has been censured and debarred by the Teachers Council.
Another Case
New Zealand witnessed a similar case this year involving an old male teacher who pleaded guilty in the court for touching girl students. The Havelock North school teacher pleaded guilty to indecently assaulting his female students, reports The New Zealand Herald.
He is Charles John Michael Harter, teaching music and drama at a local primary school. The charge was that he indecently assaulted nine young girls aged between 7 and 12 by inappropriately touching students over and under their school uniforms. The court verdict is awaited.
