Male model Michael Girgenti had launched a paternity suit against Kourtney claiming that he was Mason's father.However, as per the statement released by E!News, the lab test results show that Scott Dixen is Kourtney Kardashain's son's father.

"After three and a half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," the Kardashian sister stated to nydailynews.com.

Kourtney met Michael at a magazine photo shoot in 2008 and the male model revealed to the Touch Magazine in March , that things got really hot between him and Kourtney. We started kissing, making out and touching each other. We were fooling around on the couch for a little while before I took her to the bedroom. I slipped her clothes off. She helped me undress, and we fell into bed.".

However, "Keeping up with Kardashsians" has always denied that she has anything to do with Micheal. In the recent years she has dismissed all the rumors regarding her relationship with Micheal.

Even Kourtney's Lawyer Todd Wilson has said in a statement to E!News that Micheal has been spreading false stories in the media and all his stories have been made up with no truth whatsoever.

Girgenti was the one who forced Koutney to take paternity test as he told her that Mason deserves to know who his father is.
