Kourtney Kardashian Thinks Pregnancy Nausea Should Not Be Called 'Morning Sickness' Because It Lasts All Day
Kourtney Kardashian is getting ready to pop with her third child due around the Christmas season. She revealed that this pregnancy has been slightly more difficult than her previous two. Kourtney thinks that the nausea felt by pregnant women shouldn't be called "morning sickness" but should be referred to more appropriately as "all-day sickness."
The pint-sized reality TV star and business mogul already has two children. Mason is turning five on Dec. 15 and her daughter Penelope is 2 years old. Kourtney revealed in an interview with Fit Pregnancy magazine that she experiences morning sickness all day. She also revealed that the nausea is even more intense at night, calling into question why the condition is actually called "morning sickness."
Kourtney also revealed that her third pregnancy was slightly more difficult than the first two. When she was carrying Mason and Penelope, she shared that her nausea stopped after the first trimester. This time around, it didn't end like it did before. She said that she still feels nauseous when she hasn't eaten in a while even well into her second trimester.
To help her along whenever she was hit by nausea, Kourtney said that she could only eat bland food like plain toast. This time around, she said that she had a massive craving for New York bagels, especially during the time she spent in The Hamptons shooting "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons."
In direct contrast to her sister Kim who had a very difficult pregnancy, Kourtney shared that she feels great and loves being pregnant. She shared that she feels comfortable with the way she looks and feels contrary to Kim who had weight issues while pregnant with her daughter North.
"I find a pregnant body to be beautiful and an incredible reminder of what a woman's body is made to do." shared Kourtney. All this aside however, she did admit that she feels more tired this time around because she's always working and running around. Not only that, Kourtney also has two kids to take care of.
During this preganancy, Kourtney also shot both her spin-off series with Khloe and her boyfriend Scott in the Hamptons as well as Season 10 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." This is aside from her other ventures with her sisters such as their boutique DASH and their fashion lines Kardashian Kollection and Kardashian Kids.
