Kourtney Kardashian Tries To Turn Scott Disick's Parents' House Into A House Flipping Project

Since Scott Disick doesn't want to deal with his parents' old house in The Hamptons, his girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian has decided to take it upon herself to get things sorted. After constant attempts to get Scott to visit the house, she finally sees some enthusiasm from him when she suggests that she should handle everything and turn it into her first house flipping project.

Scott Disck s having a hard time returning to the house that his parents left him after they both died in late 2013. Because of this, Kourtney feels that she should take matters into her own hands since they are running out of time in The East Coast. In this week's episode of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons," Kourtney enlists the help of Scott's friend Chris Reda so that she could get an idea on how much work needs to be done and how much it would cost if she wants to renovate the house.

Kourtney visits the house, which is in a sorry state after it has been neglected 6 months. The place is crawling with bugs and filled with spider webs so she is thankful that Scott didn't join her because the place looks depressing. After getting over her initial sadness, Kourtney decides that the place has a lot of charm and character and she thinks that if she fixes it and Scott sees it, he would probably want to keep it as their second home.

After her visit to the house, Kourtney tells Scott about it and Scott says he doesn't want to hear about it and just lets Kourtney do whatever she wants. Kourtney goes ahead and starts sorting some of the personal belongings she finds. When Kourtney shows Scott a photo of him s a kid where he looks exactly like Mason, he had a little fun with it at first but later got overwhelmed and freaked out.

When Kourtney discusses her vision about the renovation with Chris Reda, Scott overhears and tells her that he isn't into it. Scott says Kourtney was quick to jump the gun about flipping the house but Kourtney says the problem needs to be dealt with as soon as possible.

Kourtney brings Khloe to the house and shows her all the progress she's made and they sort through the items. They think about what should stay and what should get donated. In the process, they collect a box of sentimental items for Scott but he didn't take it well and started to lash out about the whole thing.

In the end, Scott contacted his own contractor and realtor and decided to make the house presentable as quickly as possible so that he can get it listed and sold. Kourtney has no choice but to respect Scott's decision and let go of her house flipping plans. She wishes she was able to help Scott grieve and use the house as a nice memory to go back to but in the end, he chose a different way to deal with everything.
