Last week's episode of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons" showed Scott Disick spiralling back to his old partying ways, and he ended up in the hospital. On this week's episode, he and girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian are expected to make a decision on whether or not he should enter a rehab facility. Here are some spoilers for the upcoming episode. Khloe Hires a Therapist for Kourtney

In the episode preview that was aired after last week's episode, Khloe is talking to Kourtney with their mom Kris Jenner. Khloe tells Kourtney that someone would be coming to talk to her and help her deal with her issues. Kris could be seen saying that she thinks Kourtney doesn't want to admit that her world is falling apart and that she needs help

Kourtney and Scott's Third baby Will Make Her Debut TV Appearance

While Kourtney is still in Los Angeles after North West's birthday party, Kendall Jenner accompanies her to the doctor. In an exclusive clip shared by E News, Kendall could be seen looking shocked to hear the baby's heartbeat. A sonogram of the baby would also be shown, making this episode the baby's first official TV appearance. While at the hospital, Kourtney says she only wants to know her child's gender while she's with her family. It has since been reported that the new baby will be a girl. Kourtney also chats with Kendall briefly about Scott's situation and the possibility of him needing to enter rehab.

Khloe Admits That She Still Wants to be Married to Lamar Odom

In yet another emotional clip that was shared by E News, Khloe and her mom Kris Jenner are having a a heart-to-heart conversation. Kris is expressing her concern to Khloe about her jumping straight into a new relationship with French Montana after filing for divorce from Lamar Odom. Khloe explodes and airs out her frustrations and says that if she had her way, she wouldn't be in a new relationship. She says that at that moment, she would rather still be married to Lamar. However, that wasn't how things worked out and she tells Kris that of all people, her mom is the one who knows what she went through and dealt with for a long time and she should understand her current situation.

So far, Kourtney and Khloe have not taken The Hamptons as they have been jetting away constantly. Kourtney, however, is eager to get back to the east coast and her troubled partner, Scott Disick. More details will be revealed about Khloe's relationship with French Montana as well as Kris Jenner's dating life in upcoming episodes of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons."
