After their marriage that briefly lasted for just about 72 days, Kris Humphries' family confesses that the wedding was a sham.

While it seems like Kim Kardashian has finally moved on, Kris Humphries is not about to let her get away the easy way. Kim started dating Kanye West shortly after her split and is now pregnant with his baby. But not everything is going well as planned, she is still not divorced to her ex husband Kris.

But as it looks like, Kris doesn't want just a divorce, he also wants an annulment. Kris Humphries' family opened up for the first time and revealed that the basketball player wants an annulment because he believes that the wedding to Kim was a ploy to boost the ratings of her reality show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

"It was a sham. My understanding of marriage is people are going to give it more than 72 days unless there's serious abuse," said Kris aunt Dedria to The Sun. "If I felt somebody had duped me and used me in front of the whole world, I would be very angry."

Meanwhile Kris' uncle, Mike, said that he thinks the player wants more than an annulment. He added that Kris most probably wants some payback time.

"I can just see him wanting a pound of flesh back. I believe he wants payback," he said.

Kim and Kris' divorce trial is said to take place in three months time. But the reality star who is currently pregnant with Kanye West's baby said that she is worried that the divorce strain could have "long-term effects on her baby."

Just recently, Kim was examined and treated due to severe abdominal pains. Her doctor has already warned her to reduce her stress levels.

"Kim has been going through this divorce for months. She has been under a lot of stress because of it and the doctors told her she had a really tough week and the stress could become a problem if she isn't careful," Kim's mother said in an interview.
