Kris Jenner fan detained after evading security and trespassing into her Calabasas home
Even with amped up security at her home, celebrity momager Kris Jenner’s Calabasas mansion was infiltrated by a fan on Tuesday. The stranger did not have to break-in, but he reportedly walked right into the home in broad daylight, as workers installed Christmas decorations. He has since been detained and put under psychiatric evaluation.
According to E! News, the unidentified man was able to get through security at the Hidden Hills gated community in Calabasas, California, between 1:30-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. He was able to gain entry after stating that he had a meeting with Jenner at her home. At that time, a team of workers was coming in and out of the house, installing lavish Christmas trees and other holiday decorations.
A misunderstanding led security to believe that the man had official business with Jenner, and was even escorted all the way to her home. He managed to walk into her office, where he was able to confront her. No details about what took place have been released, other than that Jenner’s private security detail was able to secure the intruder and she was able to call the Sheriff’s office to report the incident.
Officers from the Sheriff’s department quickly responded and were able to detain the man. No one was reportedly hurt during the incident and the decoration works were also quickly completed.
Jenner posted a photo of the lavish decor, which composed of three oversized Christmas trees. The balustrades along the stairs in the home’s entryway and foyer were also draped in Christmas garlands and giant candy canes and other Christmas ornaments. She revealed in the caption, that she went all out this year to make her home feel like a magical place for the benefit of her grandchildren. She now has five grandchildren namely North and Saint West from Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, as well as Mason, Penelope and Reign Disick from Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick.
