Kris Jenner Furious Over Kim Kardashian's Decision To Do Bare Butt Shoot For Free, Reality TV Star Criticised For Propogating Racism Joke
The mother of the reality TV queen is reportedly not happy with her daughter despite being elated by the response received following the release of the widely talked about bare all photo shoot for Paper Magazine.
Kris Jenner, mother of Kim Kardashian, is reportedly furious about the fact that her daughter did not charge a single penny for the bold and racy photo shoot she did for the cover of Paper Magazine. As reported by the Hollywood Life, Jenner is quite angry at her reality TV star daughter.
The 34-year-old reality TV queen was quite excited to work with the celebrated photographer Jean Paul Goude and decided to do the shoot for free. A close source revealed that Kim's decision to go nude in return for nothing has not gone well with her momager.
Kris did not keep her anguish to herself and has reportedly confronted Kim for the same. She has reminded her daughter of their past struggles and all the hard work they had to exert just to reach their current status.
Meanwhile, this Wednesday and Thursday saw photos of Kim's butt circulating on the internet followed by more frontal shots without any cover. All shots were taken for Paper Magazine.
The cover shot was taken to recreate the iconic picture of the naked black woman popping champagne in a glass placed on top of her naked butt. The original picture was also taken by Goude and was published in his book 'Fever Jungle' released in 1982.
As the photo shoot progressed, the reality TV queen decided to go for it and let down the covers to reveal her assets. As told to Yahoo Style by Mickey Boardman, editorial director of Paper magazine, it was Kardashian's idea to take off her clothes.
Talking about the photo shoot, the editor shared some inside stories. "But we [Paper] didn't say 'let's do a cover with your butt hanging out," said the editor. "She said she was willing to take her clothes off and one thing led to another."
The shoot was reportedly supervised by the reality TV celebrity's husband, Kanye West. However, critics are pointing out to the fact that the original picture by Goude was taken to poke fun at black women trapped in slavery back in the 19th century and Kim probably does not know that her act propagated an ugly joke, as told by the Grio.
