Kris Jenner Says Bullying Reports Involving Kendall Jenner In New York Fashion Week Are Completely False
Kris Jenner is in Paris this week in support of her daughter Kendall Jenner who is working as one of the models for the week-long fashion extravaganza. This is the third event of the same kind in many weeks and Kendall has been prominently featured in New York And in Milan before coming to Paris Fashion week. Amid all the rave reviews for her performance, some nasty reports have come out about alleged bullying incidents that took place in New York, and Kris Jenner has set the record staright stating that the reports were completely untrue.
"I would like to set the record straight and say it's 150 percent not true," said Kris when Fashion Week Daily caught up with her in Paris. Kris was accompanying her other daughter Kim Kardashian to an event at the Peninsula Hotel for A.W.A.K.E., a label designed by Natalia Alaverdian. The women were escorted by Kim's husband Kanye West.
Kris went on to say that in fact, the atmosphere backstage at the fashion shows was very welcoming. She said that the other girls have welcomed Kendall and have been treating her like a sister, and emphasised that none of the reported bullying occurred. In Touch Weekly previously reported that some girls resented Kendall's fame and thought that she didn't deserve to be on the runway because she didn't work for it. There were even reports of other girls putting out cigarettes in Kendall's drink.
Kris was at the Tommy Hilfiger show and she shared that she and the designer both agreed that it was an ugly rumour and called it a complete fabrication. When talking about Hilfiger's show in which Kendall walked in, she stated: "His whole team really treated her like gold."
Kris mentioned that she also saw firsthand how the girls behaved in the Donna Karan team. Kendall also walked for the designer during New York Fashion Week and Kris described the atmosphere to be remarkable at a dinner hosted by Karan.
