By the looks of it, Kristen Stewart has been cheating under Robert Pattinson's nose for quite a while. The 22-year old actress probably thought she wouldn't get caught but oh how the tides have turned. After photos of Stewart and her lover, Rupert Sanders, hit the web, the "Twilight" actress immediately issued a public apology. Yet, with the hot water Kristen Stewart is in now, is she really sorry and are her "Robsten" fans willing to forgive her?

"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected," said Stewart in a statement to People.com, adding, "This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."

But wait, who exactly is Rupert Sanders and should he also take the blame for the cheating scandal? Rupert Sanders worked with Stewart in the film, "Snow White and the Huntsman". The director is currently married to model, Liberty Ross, and has to kids. Shortly after the photo scandals were leaked on the web, Sanders too shared his apologetic sentiments.

"I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family," said Sanders to People.com. "My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together," continued the "Snow White and the Huntsman" director.

Robert Pattinson has stayed completely mum throughout the scandal and his reps have not released a statement as of now. With the "sorry" on the loose, will Pattinson give Stewart a chance when "Robsten" fans know of Pattinson's "hate" for cheating women?
