Kristen Stewart is "terrified" these days. Why so? The 23-year-old has signed on a new movie with Jennifer Lawrence's boyfriend Nicholas Hoult. No she is not "terrified" of Jennifer Lawrence. In fact the "Twilight" beauty is scared of the role in the movie "Equals" as according to her, it is a love story of great value! Before Stewart successfully nabbed the part, it was originally handed to Lawrence which she had rejected.

"I can't believe I agreed to do it. . . . It's a love story of epic, epic, epic proportion. I'm scared," said Stewart to the Associated Press on Monday. The director of the movie Drake Doremus revealed that he had Jennifer in mind earlier for the role but he changed his mind after some thinking.

"Jen and I worked together before, and she was fantastic. It's exciting to talk about the character with different people, but it became evident in my head that Nick and Kristen would have great chemistry," explained Drake Doremus to the AP.

More insights on "Equals" and why Robert Pattinson's ex-girlfriend is "terrified" of taking the role: The movie is an adaptation of the 1956 film "1984," which was based on George Orwell's novel. Stewart has mostly done romantic roles in past and it will be the first time she will take a role based on period drama like this. The whole idea is giving her the chills.

"In 'Equals,' things go wrong because you can't deny the humanity in everyone... It's the most devastating story. I trust Drake's process and I know we will do something really natural and real," said Stewart.

"But I told Drake, 'Don't expect that I am going to be able to do this. It's too hard.' But he wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. I've given directors disclaimers before, but never this much," Stewart added. Do you think Stewart will be able to do justice to the role in the movie "Equals?"
