Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were at the Comic-Con for the last time to promote their Twilight saga. Stewart tells Extra how she enjoys the Comic-Con, saying the occasion provides a chance for "the most intense version" of "shared energy."

On Thursday's panel, Stewart admits a level of frustration over the restrictions that needed to be observed while doing the vampire sex scenes in the final installment of their film series.

"The ratings, man!" Buzzsugar quoted the highest-paid Hollywood actress.

"(Working on the sex scene as vampires is) a tricky thing. I think . . . how do you have . . . because we're supposed to have mind-boggling, otherworldly . . . sex. In the first one, Breaking Dawn 1, we really . . . this is weird . . . tried to keep the first one sweet. It's about self discovery. Nothing about this series is raunchy. And I know that . . ." Stewart tries to explain how the restrictions did not reconcile with the essence of Twilight.

"I think that's the point, Kristen," Pattinson said, laughing. Kristen quips, "Shut the f--- up," in a candid moment.

Speaking to Extra, Stewart recalls the first time she attended the SDCC. She finds it exciting to meet all the fans in such an occasion.

"The reason I love this job, man, it's that shared energy. This is the most intense version of it all," she says.

For his part, Pattinson says he had no idea what to expect in his first comic-con appearance. He knew there would be "some people," he says.

"But that was the first time I've really seen a Twilight crowd," he gushes.

Asked on how she felt when she finally had the chance to put on the vampire costume, Stewart says, "It was fun. It was really cool."

"I had so much time to look at everyone else... Years of looking at everyone else," she stresses. Her expression seems to suggest she really has been looking forward to playing vampire.

Sexy in White and Gray

Stewart looks low-key but sexy in a white cropped top matched to a neon bandage skirt and classic high tops.

Pattinson opted for a simpler dark jeans and gray shirt ensemble, but he dazzles the crowd just the same.

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2" will open in theatres in November.
