While most spent time with family or participating in different traditions and rituals to contemplate for the Holy Week, Kristen Stewart’s beau, Robert Pattinson finds himself adrift on the water for a moment of reflection and peace by himself - - even for a few hours - - on weekend to Easter Sunday.

Looking fit and sexy in his blue wetsuit, Robert hit the waters with his paddle board and was on to it under the warm California sun on Easter Sunday. Related reports on the latest series of photos posted by the Daily Mail and x17Online, show the actor trying to spend time alone, away from increasingly, getting clingly of a girlfriend, K-Stew.

This was later debunked, however, when another report came out that Robert was in fact in Malibu beach where Kristen’s mum, Jules has a private place. The Twilight lovers, it was later revealed , had been staying in Malibu over the long weekend.

“It’s very secluded and private. As far as I know, all is perfect in Rob and Kristen’s world,” a source was quoted as telling HollywoodLife.com.

Robert was in fact with Kristen when he was spotted grabbing his paddle board and hitting the Malibu waters.

With time in his hands after having just had returned from Australia filming The Rover, Robert took his time to get on his paddle boards again.

“During the day, Rob took the paddle board out. There is a private beach where Jules lives and that’s where Rob always goes paddle boarding,” the source also said.

This is not the first time that Robert was seen with his board. And on Easter long weekend, for that matter. He was first seen showing interest in the watersport last year, March 30. Robert’s tween fans even noted that the second time he was spotted, March 31 this year, could mean that Robert is making this a tradition.

The Daily Mail noted Pattinson looked more confident paddling this year, while clearly struggling to make his way out of the thick seaweed. It also described the actor looking more slick in his one-piece jumpsuit, compared to his usual shirtless self, wearing only an oversized shorts in Easter last year.

The star was also seen in a separate occasion last weekend, clubbing at Teddy’s in Roosevelt Hotel, shortly before more of his paddling-photos emerged on the web.

“There were a bunch of gorgeous models standing around him, but he looked disinterested in them. He was sitting with another male friend,” the same source said, according to RadarOnline.

However, reports that Robert and Kristen were indeed spending time on Easter Sunday with Mum Jules Stewart and her brothers sets the record straight, and the couple are indeed still enjoying their time together.
