Kylie Jenner is currently being hit with a lawsuit for being a reckless driver. Her mom, Kris is also named in the suit.

A woman is now suing Kylie Jenner, 17, for being a negligent driver back on her first car accident last August 2013. It could be remembered that the youngest sister of Kim Kardashian was already behind two automobile accidents in the span of her first year of driving. While it seemed that Kylie was able to get away from the two accidents without any incident, the consequences are now coming back to haunt as she was served with a lawsuit in relation to the first car crash she was involved in.

According to TMZ, the plaintiff described the young reality star as being a "negligent driver" when she caused a three car pileup. This, just 18 days after she obtained her driver's license on her 16th birthday. Kylie is named the main cause of a chain reaction that ultimately affected the back bumper of the plaintiff's white SUV. The plaintiff is also suing Kylie's mother, Kris, because she was the registered owner of the car that Kylie was driving on the date of accident -- a black Mercedes.

Based on the documents obtained by E! News, a certain Alida Griselie Palma Rivera is suing the mother-daughter tandem and Karina Alvarez for negligence and unsafe speed. In the documents, Rivera said it was impossible for Kylie to avoid the accident because she was driving in an "unsafe speed," thus making it difficult for the youngster to reach a safe stop when she came into the intersection. The mother according to the plaintiff should be sued for permitting Kylie to drive her car even though she would have known Kylie was not that a competent driver yet.

Riversa is said to have sustained injuries on her body following the incident, both externally and internally. These prompt her to now seek damages against the Jenners. This claim however, contradicts the report of E! News last year. Last year, E! was able to get the confirmed of Lost Hills Sheriff's department that an accident indeed took place in Calabasas last August 28. However, the officials had claimed no one sustained injuries and that nothing illegal nor unusual took place. The officials just said that information were exchanged among the parties involved and that one of the parties left before the sheriff even arrived.
