Kylie Jenner 'plays' fans by hinting engagement with Tyga

It looks like Kylie Jenner has taken a page from Miley Cyrus’ book, and it’s all about a subtle but obvious rock on their fingers.

In January this year, Cyrus sent fans abuzz when she posted a selfie on Instagram while wearing a green polka dot outfit with matching hat and a pink coat. While the “Wrecking Ball” singer poked fun of herself and what she’s wearing, what’s more noticeable is the diamond ring that she flaunted.

Those who saw the photo observe that the ring looks very similar to the one Cyrus received in 2012 from Australian actor Liam Hemsworth. As reports swirled that the two are engaged again and even moving in together, the social media became a hub of their fans’ reactions. Hemsworth later flat out denied that they are engaged, but hinted that they’re back together.

Fast forward to six months later, and Jenner has also triggered a chaotic social media discussion among her followers. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star took to Instagram to upload a photo of herself standing outside a car wearing sunglasses – and what looked like an engagement ring.

The 18-year-old reality star’s photo, which has since earned 1.6 million likes, has also elicited a slew of comments from her fans, who wondered whether her rapper boyfriend, Tyga, has proposed to her. Earlier this week, Jenner also referred to him as “my husband” on her Snapchat.

It seems however, that just like Miley’s post, Jenner’s post was nothing but good old fun. The on- and off-couple were “just playing” with their fans, according to a report by Us Weekly.

Jenner and Tyga first met when she was just 14 years old, during her older sister’s 16th birthday party. The two then embarked into a rollercoaster love affair since 2014, which was closely followed by their fans. In May of this year, they were reported to have broken up, but has recently reconciled. “He is staying there with her,” Us Weekly reported. “It’s up in the air if he is going to live there permanently or is just staying there for now.”
