Kylie And Kendall Jenner Upset Over Parents' Divorce

Kylie and Kendall Jenner are reportedly upset over their parents' divorce. After Kris Jenner officially filed for divorce on Sunday, Kylie has been quiet on her social media accounts, while Kendall just posted an old photo of her mom and dad together, which hinted how much she's reeling and hurting from the news.

However, Kris Jenner's decision to file for a divorce from her husband of 23 years, Bruce Jenner, is not surprising. They've been on rocky terms for quite a while now. Still, by filing the divorce papers, Kris managed to create quite a buzz, especially since news of the divorce included a bit about Kris and Bruce having a joint custody of Kylie until she turns 18 next August, according to Inquistr's report. The divorce papers only included Kylie and not Kendall because Kylie is the only minor. Kendall turned 18 last year and will be 19 in November.

In line with this big news, Kylie, who is usually active on social media, seems to be uncharacteristically quiet these days. On a normal day, the famous teen often shares with her Instagram and Twitter followers a lot of photos, quotes and tweets on what's happening in her life. But she has been quiet since Sunday until after news of divorce circulated the net on Monday. Inquisitr deduces that this must be because Kylie is upset over the divorce and is trying to avoid online gossip regarding the news.

When she finally broke her silence on Instagram, she only posted a cryptic quote about emptiness, further sparking rumours that she's not taking the divorce very well. "I discovered that our disconnect was never because of the insecurities we felt, but rather the emptiness we created when we failed to make sense of ourselves," the teen posted.

Kendall Jenner, on the other hand, continues to take the modeling world by storm, handling her haters and bullies with one successful fashion show after another. However, on the same day Kylie posted that cryptic quote, Kendall posted photos of her mom and Bruce out on a date during the earlier years of their relationship.

Naturally, the two are heartbroken, even though they probably have an inkling that this divorce would happen. Kris Jenner certainly did not hide the fact that she and Bruce were not living together anymore. She announced earlier that they are living apart even though there are no ill feelings between them.

Bruce Jenner's behaviour of late would also not make people think a reconciliation between him and Kris would happen. Reports say he's been exhibiting unusual behavior lately and seemed to be transforming himself into a woman. According to Daily Mail, he even wants to be called "Bridgitte."
