Kylie Minogue is set to organise a star-studded charity fundraiser concert to celebrate her fifth anniversary on defeating breast cancer.

The Australian pop star wants to hold a concert on February featuring her friends in the biz like Elton John, Robbie Williams and The Scissor Sisters. The said event aims to raise funds for cancer charities, according to The Sunday Mirror.

Minogue also wants to involve the Paris-based doctor who watched over her treatment as a token of appreciation for her return to health.

"Early next year it will be my five years all clear and I would like to do something to mark that - something like a benefit concert," she said.

"We are going to try and arrange something with my professor in Paris."

She also added that she hoped to continue raising awareness of the disease and the significance of early detection.

"I know a lot of women went for screenings after my announcement. And a lot of people came up to me and said I saved them.

"Of course I didn't - but it made them go and get checked."
