Miami Herald said today that the controversial and provocative singer is now rumored to be engaged to Luc Carl, a bartender from New York whom she has had relationship for years.

The couple are expected to make their engagement announcement after Lady Gaga’s bartender boyfriend move in to her 25,000-dollar-a-month Bel Air mansion, said The Times of India.

It added that the 24-year-old singer hooked up with her 29-year old barman for a second time last year. The two first met before Lady Gaga rose to stardom and stayed together for a couple of years until the singer launched her first album in 2008.

The Daily Star said the pair took things more seriously following their reunion last year.

A source close to the couple spilled the beans.

"She and Luc are in no rush to name a wedding date. She doesn''t even have a proper ring because he couldn't afford one," the source said of the rumoured engagement, as quoted from the Daily Telegraph.
