The latest celebrity real estate rumor to get tossed around involves none other than pop superstar Lady GaGa. The 25-year-old singer has been spotted around Lancaster County, Pennsylvania touring a few homes for sale. A story that originated with a local TV station has the pop superstar and her rumored beau, "The Vampire Diaries" heartthrob Taylor Kinney, house-hunting in Pennsylvania and that they are particularly interested in a 6,000-square-foot mansion in the Lancaster County borough of Lilitz.

Why Lancaster County? While not too far from her native New York, the area is also home to Lady GaGa's rumored boyfriend Taylor Kinney and his parents. According to local news station CBS 21, Lady GaGa was checking out two exclusive properties, one stone manor in the gated Bent Creek Community of Manheim Township and another piece of Manheim Township real estate, also in the gated Bent Creek neighborhood. Singer-songwriter Lady GaGa has been reported to be dating Kinney since July. According to the Hollywood Gossip, the two met on the set of Lady GaGa's music video "You and I."

However, the rumor of Lady GaGa house-hunting happens to be not true. In fact, Lady GaGa has not been anywhere near that house on Oak Hill Drive, at least as far as the realtor looking to sell it is concerned. Anne M. Lusk exclusively tells "E!News" that she has received upward of 150 inquiries about the property including a few serious offers to buy since word got out that Lady GaGa was looking. However, Lusk tells us that she is pretty sure that the people who thought they saw GaGa scoping the property was actually seeing her instead.

It was only after Lusk went to check on the house wearing an apparently GaGa-esque leopard-print coat, sunglasses and funky heels that the rumor started that Gaga had toured the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home, which is in a gated community called Bent Creek.

"It was a Sunday and I decided to go check on all my properties. I usually dress really conservative, but on that day I was wearing my retro coat and my long blond hair was straight and down," Lusk shared. "I don't even look like her. I haven't even had a showing of the house yet!" she added.

Lusk figured that people must have put two and two together and arrived at five instead of four after Lady GaGa was spotted at a nearby café with Kinney, whose parents live nearby. "How these things grow. It's really sort of funny," Lusk says.
