Lady Gaga rushed to court last July 7 in a bid to stop sensitive and personal information about her life that could surface in the court. A New York judge sided with the Monster Queen and ordered the docs sealed, thereby hiding Gaga's damaging secrets forever.

The 27-year-old singer is in a bitter court battle between two of her former associates. She made the move after former friend Wendy Starland and former producer/boyfriend Rob Fusari went to court to get a percentage of her money.

Starland first sued Fusari over breach of contract. Starland said that Fusari asked her to find a 'unique female singer' in 2005 and promised to share the profits with her. After Starland found Gaga, she said that she never saw Fusari nor Gaga.

In this case, Stefani Germanotta, the real name of Lady Gaga is said to be utterly concerned and worried with the information that the two have over her.

She asked the court to seal all 'sensitive, private, and personal' information about her mentioned during the case.

According to gossip website TMZ, "Gaga felt the information could harm her ... by exposing details of a financial settlement she made with Fusari years ago, in addition to other sensitive personal info."

The singer insisted that her former associates are legally bound to keep these details a secret.

In past interviews, Gaga has hinted about a dark past in her dirty New York apartment. 'Sometimes it freaks me out - or I should say it petrifies me - when I think about laying in my apartment (in New York) with bedbugs and roaches on the floor and mirrors with cocaine everywhere,' she told music reporter Neil Strauss.

The New York judge sided with Lady Gaga mentioning that the information could definitely injure the reputation of the singer. It kind of makes you wonder what kind of bombshell would destroy Lady Gaga that hasn't been revealed yet?
