Lamar Odom denies ambushing ex-wife Khloe Kardashian, Kardashian to file restraining order

Lamar Odom has denied accusations that he ambushed his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian outside Soul Cycle gym in Beverly Hills early Thursday morning. Odom thinks the claims are crazy while Kardashian is reportedly considering getting a restraining order against her ex-husband.

Odom has spoken up against the accusations and told TMZ that he neither harassed nor grabbed his ex-wife to force her to talk to him. Calling the claims “crazy” and “ridiculous,” the 35-year-old former NBA star insisted that the reports are not true.

“Nobody got hassled, nobody got grabbed on, nobody got followed, none of that happened," Odom said.

He also expressed his disappointment that Kardashian has not spoken up to defend him. Instead, she has remained silent about the confrontation. Odom also insinuated that their meeting was pre-arranged and that Kardashian knows exactly what happened.

“I live in Las Vegas, so did I just guess right where this girl may be? You know I know Khloe. So how would you think I ended up there?” he told TMZ in an emotional interview.

Meanwhile, sources close to the Kardashians said that the family is convincing Odom's ex-wife to file a restraining order against him so the same incident doesn’t happen again. The 31-year-old is reportedly still shaken up by the whole incident and that’s why she has not spoken up in defence of her ex. This time Kardashian will not be making any excuses for Odom, a source said, according to Perez Hilton.

Mirror UK reports that the alleged confrontation was witnessed by bystanders. Witnesses claimed Kardashian was approached by Odom on her way to the gym and was forced to talk to him. A verbal attack was believed to have followed, where bystanders overheard Kardashian asking her ex how he knew where she was. She was reportedly also overheard telling Odom to let go of her after he grabbed her arm to force her to talk to him. Sources said Kardashian managed to escape to her car after an eyewitness offered to call the cops on the former basketball star.

Kardashian had reportedly thought of reconciling with Odom prior to finalising their divorce in July. However, she is now rumored to be dating another NBA star, James Harden.
