If you heard or read reports of Lamar Odom missing for the past few days, then you should know he has been found (at least by the media). In a hotel.

Or he has not went missing after all, contrary to the reports said on the matter. Rather, he is dealing with a drug problem that is still unspecified, according to the ESPN. And friends and families knew this.

On a Monday report, ESPN claimed that Odom is after all in Los Angeles hotel room, where friends are trying to help him through an unspecified drug problem. Odom's Agent Jeff Schwartz denied a report published by TMZ that said nobody can reach Odom for 3 days. In fact, the NBA star player' wife Khloe Kardashian knew of his whereabouts. "Lamar is not missing. His wife knows exactly where he is," the agent shared.

Asked what the future will hold for the NBA star, Schwartz shared with ESPM that Odom has no plans of discontinuing his NBA career, despite his drug and marriage issues. Odom had played with Los Angeles Clippers for the last season and is now a free agent.

News on Odom's battle with drugs surfaced on Friday. Since then, constant drama encircled Odom and his wife Khloe, who has reportedly kicked Odom out of the house. Then the player disappeared ... allegedly. Now this.

While it is not surprising to hear that he has been in a hotel all that time, with or without his family knowing, it is hoped that moving forward, he can already shape up his life and career. It will be disheartening to see a promising player lose his career over drugs, more so because he has Khloe Kardashian and her family staging interventions left and right and helping him out. All those efforts should not go to waste.
