Khloe is done with crying over spilled milk. With her recent post on Instagram, she has clearly stated that she is no longer going to have a meltdown over her relationship troubles with Lamar Odom.

"Don't forget that you're human. It's okay to have a melt down. Just don't unpack and live there. Cry it out and then refocus on where you are headed," wrote Khloe wrote on her official Instagram page.

Khloe has seen a lot of troubles in past few months. However, she has tried handling her emotional issues in a best way possible. For one, she had sold her mansion which she once shared with Lamar Odom and went to stay with in the neighborhood of her mom, Kris Jenner. The reality show star has also become quite close to her family over the past few months and she even revealed on a social networking site that for now she wants to shower all her love on family and friends.

It seems Khloe has gathered herself and is ready to take on the world. She separated from Lamar following the latter's alleged drug addiction and extramarital affairs. The couple was in wedlock for four years and Khloe started the legal proceedings of divorce after celebrating her fourth marriage anniversary.

Since then Khloe has taken to social media Web sites to express her feelings. She has left several cryptic messages for her fans to decipher. On Feb. 15 she wrote on her Instagram, "The kindest people are the kindest because they know what it's like to be hurt the most."

Earlier this year on Jan 16 she posted, "They want to see you do good, but never better than them. Remember that."

In her wake to move on, Khloe was even seen partying with The Game and the eyewitness reported to Hollywoodlife.com that Khloe Kardashian was all over him and was literally grinding over him on the dance floor during one time where they headed out to a club.

"Khloe was getting her life pure and simple," revealed a source to Hollywoodlife.com, adding, "She was having a blast, grinding all over The Game in the VIP section they were in."
