In a sad turn of events, Khloe and Lamar Odom have finally sold off their love nest. The couple, whose marriage went on rocks a few months ago due to Lamar's alleged drug problems and extra marital affairs, has filed for a legal separation.

TMZ reported that the former abode of power couple (Khloe and Lamar) has been purchased by the newly married duo Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting for a whopping price of $5.49 million. The house is located in Tarzana, California and is bought by the "Big Bang Theory" actress for a much higher price, then what was actually quoted by Khloe and Lamar.

According to New York Daily, Khloe and Lamar purchased their dream home for $3.95 million in 2009 and following their divorce they wanted to sell the house for $4million. However, Kaley and Ryan, who have recently exchanged vows in no less than a fairytale wedding, closed the final price of now their "first love nest" at $5.49 million.

Khloe and Lamar's former abode is an 8000 square-foot home is custom built with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The house is encased in exquisite grassy lawns, which leads to a dramatically designed patio. Inside the luxe home there is huge family room with sleek tiled floors and earthen fireplaces. The kitchen is located on the first floor with an adorable breakfast nook. The second floor of the house has seven rooms and master suite with three custom built closets and a theater under its hood. Lamar and Khloe have filmed many episodes of "Keeping it With The Kardashians" and its spin-off "Khloe and Lamar" in the house. The beautiful mansion is now a home to Ryan and Kaley.

Ryan Sweeting, a professional tennis player and Kaley Cuoco got married after six months of dating each other. The couple walked the aisle on New Year's Eve.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that Khloe Kardashian is planning to move in her mother Kim Kardashian neighborhood in Hidden Hills, California. Apparently, Khloe's alleged boyfriend Matt Kemp also resides there.
