The famous basketball player, Lamar Odom, who has gained much popularity not just for his talent in sports but also for being the husband of Khloe Kardashian, has been missing for three days as first reported by TMZ.

The entertainment gossip site's report says Odom has been out of sight and could not be contacted for almost 72 hours. His family suspects that drugs may be the reason why he's missing. In the site's first report, TMZ claims there were anonymous sources who have spilled the beans to them that the 32-year-old player has been hooked with the use of "hardcore recreational drugs." To make it much worse, the rumours are saying that his addiction has been going on for two years now and even pushed him to go to rehab. The unnamed report also mentioned that the player was clean during his entire previous season in basketball and only went to his addiction again when his contract ended with the Clippers.

Comments from Odom's representatives remained unreturned and even those from the side of the couple refused to make any statements. People magazine also reported that Khloe Kardashian has always wanted to help her husband overcome the substance abuse just to be able to save their marriage. The two was not seen recently and both parties have not commented on the rocky side of their union.

Last Thursday, Khloe Kardashian Odom was seen without her wedding ring as she hits the gym and her most recent tweet says:

Last 2001, Lamar Odom was suspended for smoking marijuana that violated the drug policy of the NBA. One of his closest friends Jerry Degregorio once said that during critical situations, Odom tends to isolate himself from everyone and go into hiding. Then in 2012, he was also reported to have gone missing for a total of ten long days from NBA's Dallas Mavericks only to report that his father became sick. He announced the matter was too personal to discuss as an explanation for his return.

Everyone's hoping Odom will show up soon and fix whatever is broken especially with his life and love.
