Lara Bingle has deleted every photo of boyfriend Sam Worthington from her Instagram account, prompting speculations that the two have split up.

The 27-year-old model is an active Instagram user, sharing mostly her sexy photos. She had quite a few shots of her and Worthington together as well.

Not anymore, though. On Thursday, the former reality TV star deleted every single one of her photo with the 38-year-old “Avatar” actor. Worthington, on the other hand, appeared to have deleted his own account.

It could be nothing, but eagle-eyed Instagram followers of Bingle reckoned that there’s trouble in paradise between Bingle and Worthington, who started dating in October 2013. The couple are also reportedly expecting their first baby.

According to reports, Bingle is three months along in her pregnancy. She has been spotted wearing loose-fitting clothes recently, which allegedly meant that she is hiding a baby bump underneath. Her topless photos on the beach with Worthington, all have now been deleted, also displayed her fuller breasts.

Together or not, Bingle and Worthington are both facing an $11 million lawsuit filed by paparazzo Sheng Li, whom Worthington allegedly attacked in February for aggressively pursuing Bingle on the streets in New York City.

The actor and the photographer were both arrested and charged with assault, with Li being charged with reckless endangerment and harassment as well. Worthington’s misdemeanour case was resolved in April on the condition that he was to stay away from trouble for six months.

Li was also offered the same disposition, but did not accept. Lawyer Mark Jay Heller filed a complaint with the Manhattan U.S. Attorney in May for the investigation of the District Attorney’s Office on the claim that it has failed and refused to charge Worthington.

Li is now suing Worthington and Bingle for U$10 million for the alleged assault.
