Samsung is a company well known for its beautiful smartphone creations and the Galaxy Alpha is one among the good looking smartphones. Everyone was in anticipation of the new GalaxyA series. According to SamMobile, the website that gives exclusive information of all Samsung devices both official and tested, confirmed that the SM-A500 would be the first of the three handsets in the line up and they confirmed that it will be launched as the Galaxy A5. They state that the Galaxy Alpha and the Galaxy A5 have similar designs and do not have a premium look as it is launched as a mid-range phone.

Pictures of the Galaxy A5 are already circulating on the internet. Earlier it was reported that the device would have a metallic body but as SamMobile have reported according to their sources it does not have a metallic body neither it is plastic but it is "feels cold in the hands."

This indicates that the material used in the casing of the A5 would be low cost, since it is a mid-range phone and it will still maintain the premium look that all Samsung phones have.

According to the User Agent Profile of the A5 confirmation is that the phone will sport a 5 inch HD Super AMOLED display of 720p. It will also have a 5 mega pixel front facing camera and a 13 mega pixel rear facing one including a new version of the TouchWiz like the Galaxy Note 4. The other hardware specifications are the processor is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC. The 400 series of processors features 4G LTE internet connection with full HD video capture including playback. The audio is HD multichannel. The performance of the processor lets the user switch between apps also the visuals will be amazing. It is also equipped with 2,330 mAh battery and the storage of the device is expandable upto 16 GB.

Apart from the A5 the User Agent Profile for the A300 or the Galaxy A3 which has a quad HD display which is a low end model, however, this appears to be running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, 64 bit chipset. The screen size could be 4.8 inches with a front facing camera of 5 mega pixels and back facing camera of 8 mega pixels according to the benchmark data.
