The Least Influential People of 2012: From Amanda Bynes to Mitt Romney [PHOTOS]
Since 2013 is just around the corner, expect a lot of "countdowns", "top 10-20-50 lists" and "year-end-whatsoever-special." Recently, Bing revealed their "Most Searched Person of 2012" and now GQ which by the way has the guts to reveal their "Least Influential People of 2012."
"Any magazine can do a year-end list of influential people who have accomplished far more than most of us ever will. But only GQ possesses the iron testicles to count down the twenty-five least significant men and women of 2012 - a collection of people so uninspiring that we should round them all up and stick them on an iceberg. Please note that these folks are ranked in no particular order, because all zeros are created equal," states GQ.com
Shockingly, the Republican Party's nominee for the President of the United States in the 2012 election, Mitt Romney is in the list is the first to pop out in the list. Despite his presidential run against Barrack Obama, Romney did not have the "angst" to make him be an inspiration to everyone, or entirely anyone with rational thinking capability.
Also, the 26-year-old hottie, Amanda Bynes joins Mitt Romney in the list. It is not really that surprising because Bynes has not been in the limelight for a long time - expect when she tweeted Obama.
"Hey @BarackObama... I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end," tweeted Bynes.
Also a big wonder who managed to make it to the list is pop icon, Madonna - partly due to her age. Despite a lot of boob flaunting and ass exposure in the last few months of her concerts, that didn't do much good to influence anybody.
Following close to Madonna is Lakers' Dwight Howard. On this part, fans could blame the Lakers haters simply for winning too much or losing too little. Despite making quite the hit song this year, Gotye ironically makes it to number five on GQ's list.
Ranking in at number six is George Zimmerman and in the world of dark, psychotic madmen - let us not delve deeper into the reasons why. Even becoming the wife of the most powerful man in the planet does not guarantee a good spot on any list. However for Michelle Obama, the president's wife falls short of any influence and ranks number seven.
Ryan Lochte falls in at number eight followed by Gregg Williams at nine and last but not the least is Jerry Sandusky's epic fail of a lawyer.
Not familiar with the names mentioned? Well, then take a look at the slideshow and see the faces of today's least influential people of 2012.
