Lebron James joined the list of NBA players to have scored double-digit points or more in 500 consecutive games. Lebron hit yet another milestone in his career during a game against the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday evening.

Lebron is one of only five players in the history of professional basketball to have made it on the list, which also includes NBA legends Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone, and Moses Malone.

Jordan has scored 10 points and more in 866 consecutive games. Abdul-Jabbar, Karl and Moses have scored more than 10 points and more in 787, 575 and 526 consecutive games, respectively. We will just have to wait and see if Lebron will continue with his scoring streak.

As reported by USA Today, Lebron began his scoring streak on Jan 6, 2007. It was the season when he made his first debut in the finals. Ever since then, he had won four Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards, in addition to two Finals MVP awards.

Being only 29 years old, Lebron James has so many years ahead of him to continue his scoring streak. He has always been vocal about how he is always striving for greatness in terms of his basketball career. Once he posted a photo on Instagram with a hashtag that reads strive for greatness. Apparently, it was the very first time that the basketball superstar has used the inspirational phrase in social media.

Lebron's strive for greatness is now going to be a global brand with the release of his new advertisement commercial titled Training Day. In the video, Lebron was riding a bicycle with young children by his side through the streets of Miami. The video showed Lebron simply having fun with the young kids around him. They head on to the beach and swam. The kids just followed him everywhere he went. There was one scene when Lebron had to train and the young children were left to wait outside. In the end, the kids led Lebron back to his home before parting ways. See the video here.

It was an amazing campaign. Lebron James is indeed a great basketball player, whose name is going to inspire many people.
