LeBron James had dinner with Mexican business mogul Carlos Slim, reported Forbes.

"Just finished a great dinner with Carlos Slim and his family," LeBron wrote on Instagram along with picture of him with Slim. "Wonderful folks, see you guys again soon," LeBron added. Interestingly, the Miami Heat star has posted a hashtag which only sparked the many speculations that LeBron and Slim's meeting is indeed the beginning of a lucrative business deal. "#ThisGameofBasketballHasOpenedDoorsThatMasterKeysCantOpen," he wrote.

The dinner took place in a restaurant in Miami after the basketball game between Miami Heat and Orlando Magic on Saturday evening. "It was only a dinner between two friends after a game," said Slim's spokesperson.

According to a Mexican sports Web site DiaroGol.com, LeBron talked to Slim regarding his prospect of investing in a Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise by David Beckham. It has earlier been reported that Beckham is eyeing on LeBron to help him with his soccer franchise. The two superstar athletes have already met. However, no agreement has been finalised yet.

Another Mexican news Web site Milenio has reported that LeBron and Carlos' meeting was made possible only to introduce LeBron's charity foundation to Slim.

According to the TheYBF.com, Lebron might be starting his own business venture with Mobli, a multi-million dollar company based in New York that competes with equally purposed rivals Instagram and Socialcam.

Clearly, everyone could just wonder and speculate about the real score at the moment.

For those of you who had no idea who Carlos Slim is, well, he is just ranked as the richest person in the world from 2010 to 2013, before Bill Gates reclaimed the spot. His net worth as of 2013 is equivalent to $66.8 billion. Slim owns five soccer teams. He has four teams in Mexico and one team in Spain.
