Leighton subsidiary (ASX: LEI) John Holland has won the Stage Two Contract for the design and construction of the new Albany Health Campus in Western Australia. The contract is valued at approximately $152 million.
The new 21,000 square metre facility will be built over four levels, including a new Emergency Department, Inpatient and Community Mental Health Units, Cancer Centre, Surgical and Medical Inpatient Units, Pathology and Clinical Support areas.
John Holland, over the past six months, has developed the master plan and schematic design of the new campus as part of the early contractor involvement (ECI) contract.

Construction will commence early in 2011 with completion expected late in 2012.
